About Rae

Rae’s interest in mind and body wellness started during her undergraduate degree where she studied Cognitive Science which integrates neuroscience, linguistics, psychology and computer science. She began doing trauma informed yoga to support her well being and has continued her studies in movement and mental health..

In the time since then she has studied Osteopathy in the UK, obtained a Masters Social Work at Simmons University and trained in STOTT PILATES as Mat & Reformer Instructor.

In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors , with loved ones and playing music. She believes in the power of others healing themselves and enjoys supporting others on their path deepening connection with themselves and others
